Shulou(Shulou.com)06/01 Report--

With the rapid development of wireless network technology, wireless AP has been gradually integrated into our lives and inseparable with it. Wireless AP is mainly used in enterprises, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotel restaurants, school factories, exhibitions and other places to build WLAN and provide WiFi coverage.

Many end users feel that the user experience of commercial WiFi built with wireless AP is not good. In fact, fast and easy-to-use commercial WiFi should not only be supported by good wireless AP devices, but also merchants should have an overall understanding of environment characteristics, maximum number of users, product characteristics, installation layout and other multi-faceted factors, otherwise they may not be able to choose a suitable WiFi coverage scheme or even with a more feasible WiFi coverage scheme. I don't know what to do when there is a little problem in the process of use.

1 what if the wireless connection rate drops?

Wireless network equipment can intelligently adjust the transmission rate to adapt to the change of wireless signal strength and ensure the smooth flow of the wireless network. However, if the network connection speed is lower than the 2Mb/s for a continuous period of time, the network may have failed, and you can do the following to restore the original transmission rate:

1. Check to see if there is a barrier between wireless devices. There is an occlusion between the wireless AP and the destination transmission location, especially the metal shielding, which will seriously affect the wireless signal transmission. It is recommended that the wireless AP be placed in a higher position in the room to make it visible to the wireless network card.

2. Check to see if there are any other interfering devices. Microwave ovens, cordless phones and other devices with similar frequency to the wireless network will cause great interference to the wireless transmission and lead to the decline of the communication rate. Most microwave ovens use 711 of the 14 channels in the 2.4GHz band, so for wireless devices using the 802.11b protocol, just fix the communication channel to 14 (the last channel).

2 what if the wireless network cannot receive data?

If everything is normal when connecting the wireless AP to the wireless router, the Internet connection sharing of the wireless network can be realized, indicating that there is no problem with the hardware and settings of the wireless AP. Since the data cannot be received, it indicates that the connection to the network is not established correctly, and the cause of the failure may occur on the connection between the wireless AP and the switch.

If the switch supports Smartport, the device connected to the opposite end can be determined and the port mode switch can be completed automatically. Otherwise, the specified jumper should be used to connect the wireless AP to the switch. In general, cross lines should be used for connections between network devices. Therefore, it is recommended to use crossover lines to connect the wireless AP to the switch to test whether the fault has been resolved.

3 what if the wireless AP cannot connect too many devices?

In theory, a wireless AP or wireless router can support many Wi-Fi connections at the same time. However, from practical experience, once more than 10 clients are using the same access point, its performance will degrade rapidly. Wireless AP and wireless routing are very similar to hubs in a sense, and the bandwidth is shared by all access users. Therefore, with the increase of the number of access users, the available bandwidth decreases rapidly, resulting in a significant decline in the network transmission rate. In addition, the performance of wireless AP and wireless routing is limited, and the delay will become very large when dealing with multi-user concurrent access at the same time. The following methods can be taken to solve the problem:

1. Configure another wireless AP. Set two AP to different channels (for example, one with channel 1 and the other with channel 5) and connect them directly with cross lines, or interconnect them with the help of a switch.

2. Try to choose wireless AP products with high capacity. A wide variety of AP products on the market may make users picky, but the difference between the details of each product may determine the overall quality of the WiFi coverage solution. For example, if you choose a wireless AP with 30 sets and 100 sets respectively, the end users can still feel the obvious difference in the experience.

A gigabit dual-band wireless AP CF-E380AC under the COMFAST brand, which can work in 2.4GHz&5.8GHz, can well avoid the problem of channel congestion. Although the price is a little higher than the ordinary AP, the high-density access and fast and smooth WiFi experience can not be matched by ordinary wireless AP.

4 what if the computer cannot communicate with the wireless network?

1. Check all wireless AP cables and make sure the power LED is green.

2. Verify that all wireless network properties are set correctly.

3. Make sure that the signal received by the computer from the access point is good.

5 what if the transmission rate of the wireless network is unstable?

If after the installation of the wireless network, the network communication is basically normal, but the data transmission speed is sometimes fast and sometimes slow, this is because the wireless devices are closely related to the distance, interference and other environment, and they can automatically adjust the speed according to the environment, so the speed change is a normal phenomenon. In the simplest case, the transmission speed will decrease when the distance is far away.

Generally, the wireless access device AP can be placed in the center of the wireless LAN device group, so that all wireless terminals will not be too far away.

With the development of network technology, wireless AP network has gradually replaced the traditional wired network. In the continuous research of wireless network, some technical problems have been found, such as the equipment installation technology of wireless network. In wireless technology, if the wireless AP equipment can not be installed reasonably and effectively, the wireless signal will be interfered and affected to a certain extent, and it will be difficult to play the role of the wireless network. In serious cases, it will lead to the paralysis of the whole network line.
