Find the installation path of .net 4.0, I am windowsServer2008R2 64Bit Aliyun's machine, the directory is under C:\ Windows\ Microsoft.NET\ Framework64\ v4.0.30319\, if it is a 32-bit machine, it should be under C:\ Windows\ Microsoft.NET\ Framework\ v4.0.30319\; start cmd (hold down "win + R", type "cmd", and then enter); execute program: aspnet_regiis.exe-I; register the 4.0 framework through aspnet_regiis. If all goes well, the following will appear:
