By right-clicking on the blank space, New Sessions means to create a new remote connection

Select New SSH connection

Fill in the address of the remote connection and the login system user name, which is the ip address of your Linux server.

If you do not save the user name, you need to fill in when you log in.

You also need to fill in the password for the first time. Note that when you fill in the password, after entering a character in the Linux system, nothing will be displayed on the screen, but it has actually been entered. You can see whether the result password is correct by pressing enter to try to log in.
