The reason is caused by a patch. To put it simply, with this patch KB 4093120, you cannot connect to a server that does not have this patch installed.

Solution:

In fact, there are only two kinds: first, go to the server to install this patch, and second, kill the patch on the client (I have been looking for it for a long time, but I can't find this package)

Anyway, security comes at a price. Of course, if you don't care and don't want to add GPO to the domain to do this strategy, you just want to connect to the server and use my third trick to pretend to be blind:

Enter gpedit.msc locally to open the local Group Policy Editor.

Policy path: computer configuration-> Administrative templates-> system-> credential assignment

Setting name: encryption Oracle correction

Click enable, and then change the value to vulnerable.

Because there is a big difference between Chinese and English. The following is an English expression

Click enable, and then change it to Vulnerable

Anyway, you can connect. I suggest you still follow a standard change process, install all the patch packages, and then create a new GPO and hang it to the corresponding OU. This is a regular practice. The Dafa I am talking about is an unsafe practice, which can be used in emergencies.
