The K project customer is a foreign company's manufacturing plant in Suzhou. In the first half of the year, the author came to help support their factory ERP upgrade project at the invitation of the customer's boss IT. At the request of customer management, the author joined K Company for a period of one year. I will automatically leave after the end of the project. So the author does K project, although it is a freelance rate, but has the honor to become a regular employee of the customer, the customer not only pays me according to rate, but also helps to buy social insurance and house fund, and can enjoy more than 10 days of annual leave according to HR policy.

With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, the administrative department of the factory has begun to distribute related benefits these days:

Last week, I received a notice from my assistant colleague in my department, asking me to pick up zongzi. Received the zongzi, the author went home and let his wife steam a few, a family of three each one. After tasting it, we found that it was meat stuffing, which was not our family's favorite taste. We thought we could eat sweet zongzi or other stuffing. Although zongzi is not to our taste, the care from the customer company always makes us very happy.

On Tuesday, the department assistant told me to pick up a box of Salted Duck Egg and a coupon for lunch. These are what the author and his family like. Salted Duck Egg, all three of my family like to eat. And add vouchers, can be used to improve lunch on the same day, the author is a foodie, so naturally I am looking forward to this extra meal.

The author has been a freelancer for almost 5 years. In the process of project work, I have been a customer supplier or temporary contract worker. During the holidays, regular employees of the customer side can receive some benefits in accordance with the company's welfare policy, such as some food or shopping cards. As a temporary worker of the author, basically can only be greedy, these benefits basically nothing to me, because I am an outsider. K project customers can not be divided into me, let me enjoy the same benefits as their regular employees, let me feel very warm in my heart.

Good projects are rare, and good customers are rare species in the world, which need to be cherished!
