Programming educational products for children is a new trend for technology companies in the past two years. And Japanese food giant Glico, known for snacks such as Pocky, is now interested in the field. Not long ago they released an app called Glicode, which, as you can see from the name, combines Glico's things with programming. The specific way to play is to arrange the snacks representing different instructions in order, and then take photos and input them into the mobile phone. The app then automatically recognizes and asks the game's protagonist to make the appropriate action to achieve the goal of crossing the obstacle.

Currently on Google Play, there has been an Android version of Glicode (not available for download in the Japanese area), and the iOS version seems to be under development. With it, children can openly ask their parents to buy snacks.
