We encountered that the lync/skype server could not find individual users in the production environment, but the login of users was normal. After attribute comparison, it was found that the following attribute values were deleted:

MsRTCSIP-OwnerUrn: urn:device:roomsystem this property is the uniform resource name (URN) of the owner of the application contact.

MsRTCSIP-ApplicationOptions: 64 this property specifies options for application contacts
