The template is not available. I checked and found that this item of secstorage.allowed.internal.sites in Global Settings is not set.

This is the IP address setting of the server that allows you to download the template, because I deployed the template server on the intranet, and the IP is 172.66.6.X, so enter 172.66.6.0 IP in the Value and click the green tick that appears, and then the system will prompt you to restart the management platform.

You can restart the CloudStack management platform. After restarting the management platform, CloudStack needs to log in again.

Delete the original CentOS 6 failed template, do it again, and find OK.
