This error occurs when opening the server's asp.net page:

HTTP error 500.19-Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the relevant configuration data for that page is invalid.

Solution:

Open IIS and click "Advanced Settings":

Just change the application pool to ".NET v2.0 Classic" and the problem is resolved.

P.s. HTTP 500.19 seems to have more than one error, so the above solution is only for the "duplicate nodes defined" problem I encountered in figure 1.
