First of all, find the location of the task scheduler shortcut. Mine is the win7 system, which is located in: control Panel-- > Administrative tools-- > Task Scheduler.

The following exception prompt appears when you open the task scheduler:

After the occurrence of this exception, the creation of tasks and the creation of basic task menus failed, clicked unresponsive, found some information on the Internet, and the problem was solved. The solution is as follows:

1. Run the cmd command prompt as an administrator and execute the command:

Input: chcp 437

Enter as shown below:

Enter: schtasks / query / v | find / I "ERROR: Task cannot be loaded:"

Enter as shown below:

The problem is that the share_kefu_to62 file is broken, so don't close the cmd command prompt window at this time, keep it.

Then find the share_kefu_to62 file. Delete the file under the path C:\ Windows\ System32\ Tasks\. In order not to cause other system problems, cut the file out and put it on the desktop, and then execute the above command: schtasks / query / v | find / I "ERROR: Task cannot be loaded:" to find that the problem is gone. Problem solved.

Just recreate the task plan.
