American Express Global Business Travel has become the latest company to join Apple's business chat. Apple Messages is a message-based tool for customers to contact companies. Users of the service can now contact travel consultants around the clock.

American Express Global Business Travel provides travel arrangements for business users. Customers can arrange transportation services for their employees and organize meetings and events in many areas. With the addition of Apple Business chat, customers have another way to get the company.

Through integration with Apple's business chat, customers can contact GBT consultants 24 hours a day through a messaging app on iPhone or iPad. The service will provide real-time travel bookings and provide passengers with up-to-date information on air, ground and hotel reservations.

By clicking to dial the phone number of the GBT service, the user will be able to choose to send a message to the service. Selecting it opens the message application and starts a text-based conversation so that users can respond to the query as soon as possible.

Initially, it will be available to more than 1500 companies that use GBT, and it is expected to provide more contact information to more customers by 2020. GBT is not the only company working with Apple Business chat to use the American Express brand and its credit card services. Some companies provide customer service through messaging applications. Other companies that use Apple's business chat include TD Ameritrade, Shopify, Sprint and Quicken Loans Arena.
