Problem description

When you play a .mov video file in Win10, you are prompted to buy HEVC Video Extensions from Microsoft APPStore. According to the prompt, click to enter the Microsoft APPStore Times error, the error code is 0x80131500:

Solution method

Enter IE Settings-Internet options-Advanced-check Use TLS 1.2, and then Apply-OK:

Click Refresh the page,Microsoft APPStore to display normally:
