Users put forward a demand, saying that the packaging of the goods sold is a complete set, how to say, it is like selling eggs in the market, a plate of eggs is 30, you sell 30 eggs, you want a packaging shell for others to put back, sell 25 is also a packaging shell, but sell 40, you need 2 packaging shells. Within 30, use 1, greater than 30 less than or equal to 60, use 2, and so on. Similar to the setting of rounding parameters, however, the parameters of the material master data are rounded according to the number of requirements, while his packaging depends on the quantity of the material sold. Here, when selling materials in SO=340, use 2, SO=680, use 4, and so on.

Since the finished product has the use of configurable materials, this problem should be considered in the case of selling configurable materials.

In the first step, the finished product is configurable, and the strategy is 25,565 and so on.

The second step is to use the functions of the classification system to build features, classes, and assign objects to classes. And create a configurable parameter file with the variable configuration of the logistics core function.

The third step, in the application, when placing a sales order, select the corresponding features according to the number of sales orders to be placed to determine the amount of this packaging component in the BOM.

The main point is the application of the characteristics of the classification system. To first build a feature for the sales order, and then build a feature that assigns the usage of the BOM component, the two features are associated with a global correlation (program), so that when the sales order selects the corresponding quantity level, the component usage of the BOM changes accordingly. You can also write programs directly into the components of BOM without global correlation, with the same effect.

The above is to specify regular BOM usage with features, and you can also deal with irregular ones: you can enter BOM component usage in the feature selection interface directly when VA01 places an order. The relevant settings are similar, but the program is different ($self.AC002=$root.AC003). Enter BOM usage directly when placing a sales order, which is what we have.
