First, make sure that you log on to the windows 10 computer using an account with administrative privileges. By default, your own account should have the necessary permissions. To check carefully, go to Settings, select a category for account, and then review your Information settings to make sure your account is designated as an administrator.

Next, right-click any empty area on the desktop. In the pop-up menu, move to New, and then select a command for folder (figure A).

Right-click the new folder and rename it to "GodMode. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}", and then press Enter (figure B).

Double-click the icon and a window opens with all accessible commands. Please note that the commands are organized by the Control Panel Mini Program, so you can browse a variety of categories, including administrative tools, color management, devices and printers, file history, Internet options, programs and features, security and maintenance, troubleshooting, and user accounts (figure C).

Alternatively, you can search for a specific command or Mini Program in the God Mode window. Simply type a keyword or term in the search field to get the relevant results (figure D).

When you see the desired command, simply double-click it to start it (figure E).

Finally, you can change the name from GodMode to something else. Right-click the desktop icon and select rename to rename it. You can also move the icon to another location, but the desktop is probably the most convenient place to place the icon.
