First of all, I was introduced by a friend and then checked on the official website www.airdisk.cc before I decided to start with this Q2. I bought two at a time, and there were a lot of things above.

Packing

Some of the color box packaging is simply under-grade, but it does not affect the use.

Accessories:

Mainframe, power adapter (5V-2A), network cable (Category 6), data cable, instruction manual.

Small and light

Interface:

A microUSB interface, the use of power supply, the official standard 5V-2A power adapter.

A network port with 10/100/1000Mbps adaptive network port.

A USB3.0 interface: can be external U disk, card reader, removable hard disk, hard disk cabinet and UHB splitter to expand storage capacity, support the mainstream file system, no need to format the hard disk, plug and play, very convenient.

The disadvantage is that the power interface is too close to the USB interface to connect to the USB drive, and there needs to be an USB extension cable. It seems that this setting is for the mobile hard drive, and the product manager is inexperienced.

There is also a reset hole at the bottom, forget the access password can initialize the device, and then open APP to reset the access password.

Connection usage:

The installation method of the product is simple, the 5V power supply is turned on, the network cable is connected to the LAN port of the router, and the USB port is connected to the mobile hard disk, which is about 35 seconds from power on to system startup.

APP I have already experienced their Q3C WiFi app universal before I buy it. Connect the phone WiFi to the same router connected to Q2, open APP to find Q2, and then connect settings to access secrets to play.

I won't say much about the details. I'll just talk about a few functions that I focus on.

Remote access: the device is put at home to connect the network cable and mobile hard disk, power on, no need for any public network IP. Wherever you go, as long as you have the Internet, you can open the APP in your hand to access the mobile hard drive data.

The speed of remote access may also be of concern to all of you. I will briefly talk about it based on my personal experience.

There are two Q2 remote modes.

One is called P2P, that is, the abbreviation of peer-to-peer. Simply speaking, it is a peer-to-peer transmission mode. This speed is relatively fast. Of course, this speed is determined by your broadband uplink speed. For example, the 100-megabyte broadband of your telecom in your home actually has a transmission speed of only more than 2m. Then you can access P2P mode outside, and this speed can reach 2m completely.

There is also a server forwarding mode, which is relatively slow. The data first goes to the Damai server and then to the device, so the speed will be relatively slow, and there are several hundred K to 1-3m for 4G network access.

If you find that the mobile phone connection Q2 is forwarded by the server, you can try to set up the DMZ host of the router. I won't say much here. You can have all the answers from Baidu and du Niang.

SAMBA function:

This is the traditional LAN protocol, in the same LAN, computers, televisions, etc., can access the mobile hard disk through network neighbors or through the IP of Q2. The route at home is a gigabit TP router with a connection diagram.

The speed of computer local area network is measured, as shown in the following figure.

If the speed is only about 11MB/S, it is best to check the connection speed of the computer network port. 1Gbps is gigabit, 100Mbps is 100 megabit, my company environment is 100 megabit, at first I thought it was another Q2 fault!

There are Xiaomi TV at home with its own player can directly find the device, play mobile hard disk videos, pictures, music files.

Micro-force synchronization function:

This is a more fun feature, data can be shared by multiple devices, and a connection can be created so that a directory on the computer can be synchronized with Q2 in real time. You can also share resources with your friends, and it really realizes that you have what we have to share, as for what resources to share depends on your hobbies. Baidu network disk function:

At present, this function can only upload and download files, and cannot specify directory uploads and downloads. Officials said that follow-up Baidu open folder transmission can also be added, look forward to it. In terms of speed, you still have to have a Baidu member account, of course, if you download a violation of discipline, this is useless even for fried chicken members.

Online playback and editing functions:

Computer client can open video, pictures, music online, video without subtitles can not add online and offline subtitles, a little chicken ribs. Office documents can be opened online to edit and save, the office is very convenient.

Ultra-low power consumption:

Q2 has its own hibernation function, without any device connection and access, it will sleep automatically after 30 minutes, and the mobile hard drive will stop working (the hard disk will not rotate). I use Xiaomi's smart socket test, such as the smart socket shows 4W, minus the 2W power consumption of smart socket and power adapter, it is about 2W.

BT download function:

In front of me, I tried several seeds that can be downloaded by Thunderbolt and downloaded them on Q2. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was no speed all the time. After asking the official technology, I learned that I could only download open resources. Sure enough, with the help of friends, we successfully added a hot magnetic chain to download a blockbuster, but Thunderbolt could not download it successfully! The figure below is as follows

Let's take a look at its hardware:

CPU uses the chip Realtek/ Ruiyu RTD1195PN, which is specially used for NAS and HD box chips.

Memory is two Samsung K4B4G1646E DDR3 512MB, two add up to 1G memory, no problem.

The other is the flash of FORESEE, which should be installed with system files. I checked that flash came from Shenzhen Jiangbolong Electronics. It is said that Jiang Bolong also acquired Rexa Lexar, which is a relatively strong storage company in China.

About after-sales:

AirDisk has an official product Q group. I am currently in group 4. The first 3, 2 and 3 are full. When asked in the group, there are usually people who respond to questions. The official website also has a technical phone and email address, so I'm not afraid of not finding someone. I haven't found any problem yet. I haven't asked a question yet. I basically read the electronic file manual to deal with it.

Summary:

The product is OK, the overall satisfaction, the front is also want to play with the idea, got it, and then keep it, at least in June to buy so far there is no problem, quite stable, unlike a certain family several times a day offline.

There is calorific value, about 50 ℃, this kind of electronic product is normal and can be ignored.

It's small, and it's just right for the mobile hard drive to weaken the electric box.

If it is for personal use, I still fully recommend it, and the enterprise needs to have permission function.

Disadvantages:

1. The USB port is too close to the power supply port, so there is interference with the larger U disk.

2, the computer client is too simple, if you can reach Weiyun that kind of client on it, looking forward to the update.

3. Mobile phone APP cannot be transmitted in the background, so you must keep the current interface. I can also understand this, because most mobile phones have programs that automatically clear memory and automatically stop using them. I think it's great to be able to back up in the background.

4. No file permission function! If there is this function, small businesses with a hard disk cabinet is a good choice.
