4. Find and double-click on the right side of the connection item to open "restrict users of remote Desktop Services to a separate remote Desktop session"

Find the limit on the number of connections to the right of the connection item. And enable to set the maximum number of users.

1. Add remote Desktop Licensing Service

Step 1: server Management-add roles and Features Open the add roles and Features Wizard window and select role-based or feature-based installation.

Step 2: add remote Desktop session Host and remote Desktop Authorization.

1.6. Select Desktop session Host and remote Desktop Licensing, click add feature in the pop-up window, and click next

1.7. Select the installation in the following interface, after the installation is complete, the following interface prompts you to restart the server, click close and then restart the computer on the following interface.

After the above configuration is completed, more than 2 users can log in at the same time, but the service life is 120 days.

2. Web application activation code

2.1 Click "tools"-- "Remote Desk service-- > remote Desktop Authorization Management on Server Manager, open remote Desktop Licensing Manager, select an inactive server, and right-click to select Properties.

2.2 in the Properties dialog box, select "Web browser" for the connection method, and make a note of the product ID (00184-90000-00001-AT259) that appears in the dialog box. When obtaining the server license, you need to register this ID on the web page. Note: if there is no server in the Terminal Server license, select the connection and enter the native server IP address.

2.3 Select required Information and fill in as shown in the following figure:

2.4 enter https://activate.microsoft.com in the Internet Explorer browser address bar and click GO to start the registration and obtain the server license password wizard. Make sure that the enable license server item is selected and click the next button.

2.5 in the following interface, enter "Product ID:00184-90000-00001-AT259", fill in the required information according to the figure below, and click next.

(note: the product ID here is your own server ID)

2.6 in the following information, click next directly.

2.7. you can get "your license server startup application has been processed successfully. Your license ID is: GCYCQ-7TM97-CMFKD-67X26-XY92Q-6BB7V-3PRVX", record the server ID number. Select Yes in "do you need to obtain a client license at this time?"

2.8 in the following interface, if there is no license, after the license program selects "Enterprise Agreement" and confirms that the information is correct, proceed to the "next step".

2.9 in the following interface, "Product Type" selects "Windwos Server 2019 R2 remote Desktop Server per user access license". In the product type, the user client access certificate is generally selected. Enter the seven-digit registration number obtained from Microsoft in the Registration number (if there is no license, try entering 5296992, 6565792, 4954438, 6879321), and then click next.

2.10 Click next directly in the interface below.

2.11 in the following interface, record the license server ID:GCYCQ-7TM97-CMFKD-67X26-XY92Q-6BB7V-3PRVX and license key ID:V8M42-2KDYD-JM6GV-DBXGG-C4XGB-F39F6-Y3PVX, and then click finish.

3. Activate Terminal Services

3.1 Select the server, right-click and select "activate Server".

Select the WEB browser at the connection method, and then click next.

Enter license server ID:GCYCQ-7TM97-CMFKD-67X26-XY92Q-6BB7V-3PRVX, and then click next.

3.4 choose to start the license installation wizard now, next.

3.5 straight to the next step.

Enter the license key ID:V8M42-2KDYD-JM6GV-DBXGG-C4XGB-F39F6-Y3PVX and click next.

3.7 Server license Activation Wizard completes, click finish

3.8. type "gpupdate / force" in the run, enforce the local group policy, restart the server, and the whole configuration process is completed.
