The content of the log means that

User NETWORK SERVICE does not have local activation permissions for applications with CLSID 000C101C-0000-0000-C000-0000000046, so to find this application, you need to add local activation permissions to the component services management tool. Here is how to do it:

1) since only the component name and application ID (APPID) are displayed in the component service management tool, you should first look for the APPID of the application corresponding to this CLSID in the registry.

2) Open the registry, find the APPID under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ CLSID\ {000C101C-0000-0000-C000-00000046}, and copy the value of APPID.

3) find the application corresponding to the APPID in the component service management tool, find the properties of the application, select Custom-Edit under "launch and Activation permissions" in the security tab in the properties, add the user NETWORK SERVICE in the pop-up window, and check the "Local Activation" permission.
