The IMGT/HLA database contains the sequence information of different Allel of HLA, which can be found at

1. Data overview

The database mainly contains the Allel information of HLA I type and II type genes, as well as some Allel of non-HLA genes.

2. HLA I type

For HLA-I type genes, it contains classic HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C and other genes, in addition, there are some pseudogenes.

3. HLA II type

HLA II type genes mainly contain DR, DQ, DP, DO and DM genes.

4. Other genes

Contains HFE, MICA, MICB, TAP1, TAP2 genes
