Use environment:

3. Set up remote Desktop

1) add remote Desktop Services to the role

2) Select relevant features

4. Activate remote Desktop Services

1) Open remote Desktop Authorization Manager

2) Click to activate the server, and then next

3) Select web browser for activation method

4) find a computer that can access the Internet and visit this website to activate https://activate.microsoft.com

5) Select the next step after opening the website

6) fill in the product id company name and location

7) enter the ID license applied for below in the server

8) to complete the above steps, you also need to obtain the key and continue the application on the website.

9) Select the enterprise agreement in the licensing program, and then next

10) Select the quantity of product type and fill in the agreement number

11) complete. Fill in the final key ID on the server and activate successfully.

5. Configure remote Desktop Services

1) in the management server-- Open the remote Desktop service-Open the RD session host configuration, and right-click the RDP-TCP setting in the connection.

2) General-change the security layer to RDP security layer

Add user groups to the security settings and grant access

3) remote Desktop Licensing, adding the local server as the specified license server

6. To solve the no permission error of user login report, you need to set the parameter in local policy-Windows settings-- security settings-local policy-user permission assignment

You can add user rights groups by logging in through remote Desktop Services.

7. Set the redirection of user desktops and documents

1) enter the group policy (gpmc.msc), create a new GOP (policy) under all users'ou, and edit the policy-find user configuration-Windows settings-folder redirection-desktop (right-click properties)

2) set options in the pop-up window to select basic-redirect everyone's folder to the same location

3) Policy redirect and add% username% after it (the added effect is to put the user's "desktop" folder outside the user folder)
