1. Enable global qos

2. Set the traffic matching with ACL

3. Set a class-map to match the ACL set in the second step

4. Set a policy-map matching class-map, and then define a series of policies in which the limited bandwidth is calculated in bit and the burst is calculated in byte.

5. Apply policy-map to the corresponding interface
