● integrates with equipment to realize the real-time status management of equipment, such as downtime, maintenance and so on, which can be fed back to the system in real time.

Third, fine level

The main resources of the production workshop have been incorporated into the information system management, realizing the integrated management, as well as the fine management of the main resources, and can be initially optimized according to the existing resources. Such as:

5. Intelligence level

A seamless integrated information system covering underlying equipment, process control, workshop execution and management control is established, which realizes the unmanned or undermanned process from production planning, production scheduling, production processing, completion feedback and so on. ● applies equipment suitable for automatic production, including CNC machine tools, robots, automatic addressing devices, storage devices, flexible automatic fixtures, inspection fixtures, switching devices and replacement devices, interfaces, etc.
