Click on the address bar above and copy the bin file address

After that right-click 'My Computer'-> click Properties-> click Advanced System Settings-> click Environment Variables

Edit PATH variable in user variable, add semicolon (English format), add bin file directory

If there is no PATH variable, you can create a new one. If this is a semicolon, you don't need to add it.

In the file you want to open, press shift and click the right mouse button, the right menu will add 'open command window here' command or search cmd in the start menu to open the command line tool, cd into the desired file directory.
