1. Click start-Control Panel

2. Point system and security

3. Point Windows Firewall

4. Click Advanced Settings

5. Click inbound rule, click New Rule

6. Select the port and click next.

7. Select TCP

Select a specific local port: enter 443 and click next

8. Select allow connection and click next

9. Select all and click next

10. Enter the port name and click finish.

11. Then select the outbound rule, click New Rule, and the operation is the same as above.
