Locate the server.xml file in the D:\ apache-tomcat\ apache-tomcat-6.0.48\ conf directory

Open server.xml with Editplus or notepad and find:

Change port= "8080" to port= "80" and save. Just do it.

Redeploy the web project to Tomcat 6.x, and the release can see:

Visit the home page of the web project in the browser. You don't need to use http://localhost:8080/computer_1 to access the project.

You can access the project using http://localhost/computer_1
