10. Use Zabbix Agent to monitor Windows hosts:

The operating system of the node-130 node is Windows Server 2012 R2

1. The node-130 node downloads the Windows version of the Zabbix Agent: https://www.zabbix.com/download_agents memb ZabixfuagentsMuy4.0.14Maxime amd64.zip.

2. Extract to disk C and rename the folder: C:\ zabbix_agents-4.0.14

3. Modify the zabbix_agentd.conf configuration file: C:\ zabbix_agents-4.0.14\ conf\ zabbix_agentd.conf

Special note:

During VMware virtual machine testing, do not change the value of parameter # ListenIP=0.0.0.0 to ListenIP=192.168.0.130, otherwise, after restarting Windows Server 2012 R2, zabbix_agentd.log will prompt "listener failed: bind () for [[192.168.0.130]: 10050] failed: [0x00002741] in its context, the requested address is invalid", causing Zabbix Agent to fail to boot.

4. Modify the hostname of node-130 node:

Right-click "this computer"-- > Properties-- > change Settings-- > change-- > enter computer name-- > OK-- > restart.

5. The firewall allows port 10050 to communicate:

Control Panel-- > View method (small icon)-- > Windows Firewall-- > Advanced Settings-- > inbound rules-- > New rules-- > Port-- > TCP, specific local port (10050)-- > allow connections-- > check "Domain", "Private" and "Public"-- > name "Zabbix Agent"-- > finish

6. Register Zabbix Agent as a system service:

Win + R-- > cmd

Cd\

"C:\ zabbix_agents-4.0.14\ bin\ zabbix_agentd.exe"-config "C:\ zabbix_agents-4.0.14\ conf\ zabbix_agentd.conf"-install

7. Node-130 node starts Zabbix Agent:

Win + R-- > services.msc

Check whether port 10050 is listening: netstat-an | find "10050"

View the log: C:\ zabbix_agents-4.0.14\ zabbix_agentd.log

8. Add a node-130 node to Zabbix Web:

Configuration-- > Hosts-- > Create host-- > Add

9. Node-130 node links Windows monitoring template:

Check all the monitoring items and click "Check now":
