Guided Neofetch is a tool that displays Ubuntu Linux system information with an issuing logo on the terminal, and the neofetch command displays brief information about the corresponding system. It displays information including model, operating system, kernel, CPU,GPU, memory, uptime, package, shell, resolution, DE,WM,WM theme, theme, icon and terminal. Install Neofetch

Run the following command from the terminal to install neofetch on the Linux Ubuntu system:

Linuxidc@linuxidc:~/www.linuxidc.com$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dawidd0811/neofetch

Linuxidc@linuxidc:~/www.linuxidc.com$ sudo apt updatelinuxidc@linuxidc:~/www.linuxidc.com$ sudo apt install neofetch

Use Neofetch

Once Neofetch is installed, you just need to use it in the terminal. Note that Neofetch is a command-line tool that can only be used through the Terminal command. To get brief information about the system, simply run the neofetch command from the terminal:

Neofetch command options

The neofetch command can use many other command parameters or otions.

In general, the usage format is: neofetch-option "value"-option "value" basic option:

-disable infoname allows you to disable the display of information lines in the output. Note: you can provide multiple parameters. For example. "neofetch-disable cpu gpu disk shell"

Text formatting options:-- colors x x x x x x changes the text color in the following order: title, @, underscore, subtitle, colon colon, message-- underline on / off enables / disables underscore. -- characters used by underline_char char when underlining headings-- bold on/off enables / disables color blocks in bold text:-- color_blocks on/off enables / disables color blocks-- width of color blocks in block_width num spaces-- height of color blocks in block_height num lines-- Screenshot of color range of block_range start end to print as blocks:-- scrot |-s / path/to/img screenshot if path is empty Then the screenshot function will use $scrot_dir and $scrot_name. -- upload |-su / pth/t/img is the same as-scrot, but upload the scrot to the website. -- the website to which image_host will upload scrot.
