2. Decompress the package

Decompress the downloaded NET Framework 3.5.zip, as shown below

3. Move files

Copy the unzipped [sxs] folder to the root directory of the C disk (you can delete it after use)

4. Run

Right click > run as administrator > NET Framework 3.5, complete

Warm Tip: be sure to [right] run NET Framework 3.5 as an administrator

5. Wait for completion

Then a black box will appear and wait for 100% to be finished! Sometimes the speed will be so fast that it will pass in a flash.
