ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [25027], [17434], [624983373], []

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

Check the trace file

An error is reported by executing only one query statement

Select * from dbusrinterface.acc_promshare where sheetid='AAAA20190422388813' and CHECKDATE=date'2019-04-21'

After testing, it is found that as long as the sheetid column is used as the query condition, the error of ora-00600 will be reported.

The official documentation says that this is related to the LOB field, or to the tablespace, but the table is partitioned and has no LOB field.

Steps to resolve:

1. Restart the database, but still report an error.

2. According to the 17434 parameter, find the data file and check that the data file has no bad blocks

3. Rebuild the sub-partition index or query error

Alter index DBUSRINTERFACE.PK_ACC_PROMSHARE rebuild subpartition TAB_P1904_B001

Alter index DBUSRINTERFACE.PK_ACC_PROMSHARE rebuild subpartition TAB_P1904_B002

Alter index DBUSRINTERFACE.PK_ACC_PROMSHARE rebuild subpartition TAB_P1904_B003

Alter index DBUSRINTERFACE.PK_ACC_PROMSHARE rebuild subpartition TAB_P1904_B004

.

4. Export the table data, rename the table name and index, re-import the data into the original table, and the query does not report an error.

Rename ACC_PROMSHARE to ACC_PROMSHARE_bak

Alter index IDX_ACC_PROMSHARE_HASH rename to IDX_ACC_PROMSHARE_HASH_bak

Alter index PK_ACC_PROMSHARE rename to PK_ACC_PROMSHARE_bak
