After all, in the inventory results, the material numbers with inventory differences should only account for a small number, and the actual inventory quantity of most materials is consistent with the book inventory.

In order to solve the problem of workload, there is a under the table solution: the inventory work is mainly completed outside the system, get the confirmed inventory difference list, after approval, only a small number of these inventory differences list to the SAP system to create inventory vouchers, and then enter the results to complete the difference posting.

However, the author found that among many projects of foreign-funded enterprises, American-funded enterprises' factories in China generally accepted this approach, while a German-funded enterprise factory in China, on the grounds of audit, indicated that it could not accept this plan. at least in the year-end stocktaking, it is still necessary to create inventory vouchers for all material numbers and enter the stocktaking results.
