3. As you can see in the previous step, only the corresponding virtual network card in host mode is vmnet1. At this time, you need to find the virtual network card in the adapter of the host, and configure its ip in ipv4. Since the network segment is 192.168.116.0, the gateway should be 192.168.116.1. The virtual network card is equivalent to the bridge between the host and the virtual machine. Configuring its ip can make the two connected.

4. According to the ip network segment and mask, take any ip value from this network segment and set it to the IP value of the virtual machine. For example, (192.168.116.10), configure it to the virtual machine. The virtual machine of the linux system can use ifconfig 192.168.116.10 netmask 255.255.255.0 to configure ip.

5. Perform ping operation in the host to see if the virtual machine can be accessed

As you can see in the figure above, the response of 192.168.116.10 indicates that the virtual machine can be accessed, and the database or other services on the virtual machine can be accessed happily on the host.
