Ps aux-- sort=start_time | grep oracle_sid | grep-v grep

And set sqlnet.ora

SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME=10

Restart monitoring takes effect

Lsnrctl stop

Lsnrctl start

And only works for subsequent login sessions.
