4. Role

In a private or hybrid model, the Role hierarchy allows higher-level User to inherit the permissions of the immediate underlying User. For example, if EMEA Sales Rep is the owner of a case, then his immediate leaders (EMEA Sales Director, VP of Global Sales, CEO) all have access to the case, and the inheritance of permissions is single.

5. Sharing

6. SObjects

SObjects (Salesforce Objects), which is encapsulated by the Salesforce platform, is similar to the traditional database table.

SObject is divided into standard objects and custom objects. Standard objects are automatically generated by the platform, such as Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity;. Custom objects can be set according to their own business needs, but Salesforce automatically adds a suffix such as "_ c" to API Name (customize).
