Now we will enable Active Directory Group Discovery, right-click it, and select Properties

When the properties screen appears, check "enable Discovery method"

Click add to select a location

Click to browse

Select your Active Directory container and click OK

Click OK to specify a name

Now it will appear in the Discovery Scopes list

Click the polling plan tab, notice that Delta Discovery is enabled, and now click the options tab

Notice that incremental discovery is enabled, now click the options tab

Note:-there are three new options in the tab that can be selected based on requirements, basically allowing us not to find stale objects in AD, which will help improve our SLA and provide more accurate information about which systems exist or do not exist in our organization.

Next, we will configure Active Directory system discovery, right-click it and select Properties, the property page will be displayed, and ​​ will select "enable Active Directory system discovery"

Click * × × StarBurst, then click Browse and select the default Active Directory container

After clicking OK, the following screenshot appears

This allows you to view the other tabs and select the options.

Finally, we will enable Active Directory user discovery, right-click it, select Properties, and then enable it

Add Active Directory container discovery by clicking on the star as shown below

After adding the default container, you can click Assets and Compliance to verify that your users, groups, and systems are being discovered

Verify that your users, groups, and systems are found (in the screenshot below, I show users and user groups).
