I connected these IP while surfing the Internet, but now this has been disconnected from these IP. These connections have entered the TIME_WAIT state and are occupied by System Idle Process. The main function of TIME_WAIT is to ensure that closed TCP ports are not immediately used. Because when there is a delay in the network, there may be some retransmitted TCP slices in the network to be sent to this port after a port is closed. If this port establishes a new TCP connection immediately, it may have an impact. So use twice as much MSL time to limit the immediate use of this port.
