[mysqld] skip-grant-tables

Create database test

Assign permissions

Grant all privileges on test.* to user2@'%' identified by '123'

Refresh the system permissions table

Flush privileges

View permissions:

Show grants for 'user2'@'%'

Exit restart mysql
