The effect of transcriptional regulation on diseases is one of the hotspots of research. In addition to studying the direct regulatory role between transcriptional factors and TF, scientists have found that lncRNA can also participate in transcriptional regulation through the regulatory network of lncRNA-TF-gene.

The LncMAP database collects and collates information about lncRNA-TF-gene regulatory networks in more than 20 kinds of tumors.

The statistics of tumor types and corresponding lncRNA regulatory networks are shown below.

The corresponding regulatory network can be retrieved through LncRNA-TF-Gene Tripet. The search box is as follows.

Select the tumor type, and then enter any one of lncRNA, TF or Target gene. Take the lncRNA of PVT1 as an example, the search results are as follows

Each line represents a pair of lncRNA-TF-gene triangles. Click the Network button to view the corresponding network diagram, as shown below

Click the more button to view detailed information, including the expression of lncRNA,TF and gene in tumor patients and normal people.

Similarly, it also provides the interaction network between Drug-lncRNA and TF-gene, and the results can be easily found through the corresponding navigation bar, and the display form is basically the same as the above lnRNA-TF-gene.

The information in the database is obtained by the development team based on the transcriptome expression profile data analysis in the TCGA database. Through the online service, we can easily view all the lncRNA-TF-Gene regulatory network results.
