Advanced to SNMP-Interface Statistics items in data query

Then add in the upper right corner to create a new associated image template

Finally, according to the parameters of the picture in the third chapter, click save. The name of the image template is chosen by yourself, and you don't have to "In/Out Bits with 95th Percentile (64-bit Counters)" in my article. You just need to understand what this 64bit and 95th mean.
