2. If the system files are missing, you should restore the system, or reset the TCP/IP protocol with the "netsh int ip resetc:\ resetlog.txt" command to restore it to the state it was in at the time of the initial installation.

3. Clear the IE agent; if the IE agent is misconfigured, modify it.

4. Reinstall IE, or change another browser for testing.
