[root@localhost mysql] #. / scripts/mysql_install_db-user=mysql

It seems to indicate an error in the annotator. There is no / usr/bin/perl file or file. The solution (install perl and perl-devel):

Execute yum-y install perl perl-devel

Then initialize the database.

Bin/mysql_install_db

FATAL ERROR: please install the following Perl modules before executing / usr/bin/mysql_install_db:

Data::Dumper

Yum install-y perl-Data-Dumper is fine.
