If the IIS server still keeps prompting that there is an IIS conflict, we can consider uninstalling the IIS server directly (however, we can back up the IIS settings before uninstalling), then reinstall the IIS server according to the usual method, and then import the previous parameter backup settings after the IIS server is installed successfully, so that the IIS conflict problem can be completely solved.
