The use of WinPE

Next, connect the USB flash drive to the computer that cannot enter the operating system normally, and boot into BIOS. Depending on the model, you may need to press keys such as DEL, F2 or F12. When booting up, pay attention to the lower left corner of the screen. You will usually be prompted which key to press to enter the BIOS.

Open the D disk under WinPE and find the "User" folder, which contains all the user files. Copy this folder directly to the U disk or removable hard drive, and the previous important files and materials will be backed up successfully. Of course, if there is a need to back up other content, find it in the D disk under the WinPE and copy it to the removable hard drive or USB drive.

Uninstall WinPE

The old peach WinPE will occupy a certain amount of space on the U disk, except for the reduction in capacity, the old peach WinPE will not affect the function of saving files on the U disk itself. Even if other data is stored in the USB flash drive, it will not affect the user's use of WinPE.

If there is a need to recover the space occupied by the U disk, just connect the U disk, back up the data in the U disk, start the old Mao Tao U disk to start the disk making tool, and click the "return U disk space" button.

The operation method is very simple, enter the user folder from the start menu, take "my document" as an example: right-click to select the property, select the location tab, change the following save location C:\ Users\ mario\ Documents to D:\ Users\ mario\ Documents, and then click OK.
