How do I set special permissions?

2.chmod student / mnt/po when a directory has STICKYID permissions, both westos and student users can create files in that directory, but only file owners and root users can delete files in that directory (westos users cannot delete files for student users)

3.chmod genders / mnt/ni allows student users to create files under / mnt/ni/ as all groups of the directory
