Oracle Study-- hosts file failure of Oracle 11gR2 building RAC

System environment: RedHat EL55

Oracle: Oracle 11gR2 + GI

When installing GI and running root.sh script, one of the node has the following error:

After inspection, it was found that the following error occurred in the hosts file of node2:

[oracle@node2 ~] $cat / etc/hosts

-127.0.0.1 is resolved to the host name (node1) of another node

Change to:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

Successful after rerunning root.sh script!

[root@node2 install] # crsctl check crs
