Click the button twice to exit abnormally, and follow the recommendations on the network to find the virtual machine .vmx path. There are several vmdk.lck files under this path at this time.

Rename the. lck file and start it again The virtual machine starts normally.

At this point, xhell is used to connect to the virtual machine and cannot be connected all the time. The ip port is configured correctly and the firewall has long been turned off.

Execute the command service network restart. Restart the network and reconnect. Problem solved!
