Building a second tree on Windows Server 2008R2 is troublesome, and the probability of success depends on luck. If not, re-build the first DC, and then build the second DC, so the success rate is higher, so I think it is best for this demonstration to be successful at one time, so the process here needs to take a good look at it and reduce a lot of unnecessary trouble for yourself.

Demonstration prerequisites:

1. Configure IP address, DNS

2. Turn off the firewall

3. Test connectivity

Add the forward lookup zone of DNS to the second tree on top of DC

Select "main area"

The domain name for the second tree: tiger.com

Select allow non-secure and secure dynamic updates

Add AD configuration Wizard

Install AD

It should be noted here that the advanced mode option needs to be checked.

It should be noted here that select "existing forest", then "create a new domain in the existing forest", and then check the sub-option "new domain tree root instead of new subdomain".

The "yes" I chose here found that although the later DNS delegation was not successfully added, the second lesson tree (DC) was successfully built, and you can choose or not.
