The following problems occurred during the installation of Keras:

Failed building wheel for scipy

Failed cleaning build dir for scipy

Pip does not work under windows.

How to handle it:

Download Scipy: http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#scipy manually

Manual installation, pip install scipyname

After the installation prompts, continue to install Keras, pip install keras.
