Environment preparation: one Windows server 2008 R2 server, one Windows 7

Open Windows server 2008 R2 Select Server Manager in the Management tool-Select add role

Select Active Directory domain service-create an AD domain, that is, domain control

Add complete, restart the server. Begin the installation.

Open the run input-dcpromo.exe to start installing the AD domain control.

Because it is a new AD domain, select the new domain in the new forest. If you are joining an existing domain, select the existing forest.

To create a domain name, you can start at will.

It should be noted here that according to the service to be installed, if there is a 2003 version of the service or a 2000 version of the service, you need to select the lowest of the services. After creation, you can only go up and not down.

Set a fixed ip address and point the DNS to yourself.

Deploy the DNS server to the domain control at the same time.

Sets the file storage location for the AD domain.

It is very important to set the restore password, which is required if you need to back up later.

Complete the installation of AD domain and restart the server.

Log in using Super Admin

Select Active Directory users and computers and create users

Select to join the domain, enter the domain name, and restart win7 to log in after joining successfully.

Log in using win7, and log in to the domain host directly using the domain account

Joined successfully and is currently in a domain environment
