For CDs with the same system version, boot to enter rescue mode:

Chroot / mnt/sysimage

Mount / dev/cdrom / mnt # Mount the CD to the system / mnt directory

Rpm-ivh / mnt/Packages/kernel-XXXX.rpm-- force # forcibly reinstall the operating system kernel

Mkdir / boot/grub2

Grub2-mkconfig-o / boot/grub2/grub.cfg # generate a new / boot/grub2 file

Grub2-install device name # reinstall grub
