Nowadays, the popular design process focuses on user-centered. The concept of user experience enters the whole process from the very beginning of development and runs through it all the time. Its purpose is to ensure (1) a correct estimate of the user experience (2) to understand the true expectations and purposes of users (3) to modify the design when the functional core can be modified at a low cost (4) to ensure the coordination between the functional core and the man-machine interface and reduce BUG.

In the specific implementation, it includes the early focus group (focus group), contextual interview, and multiple usability study (usability experiments) in the development process, as well as later user test (user testing). In the development process of designing-testing-modifying this repeated loop, usability experiments provide quantifiable indicators of when to leave the cycle.
