Our little DBA was too violent when dealing with the problem, so kill smon process restarted the database directly. At that time, our DBA was directly dumbfounded. I received this case and checked the relevant log files, as well as the query on oracle mos. The solution is as follows: use the backup of the database, reply directly to the point in time of the database hang, and successfully open the database.

Reason: the master / slave optical switch is powered off in a short period of time, resulting in a writing error in DB server I / O, and oracle relog is not written successfully. This error is triggered by forcibly closing and opening the database. The solutions according to oracle mos and network query are as follows:

1. If there is a backup, use the backup for incomplete recovery, skip the last abnormal redo, and open the database resetlogs
